My customer who is a Dr. and has important documents on his pc will be very happy. Tryed other software that did not work. Thank You...so much! Apparently, I was locked out because of the numlock key, I guess. Because once I got back in thanks to TRK, I found that when I hit the letters, numbers were coming up instead and I had to turn the numlock key off in order for that not to happen. (Never noticed that the numlock key was off before lol) When I tried to log in, i tried both way and nogo, but who knows...it's fixed now so YAY! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! God bless!
